Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing:
    • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
    • We may not be able to ship during Indian holidays.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Bangalore: Orders within Bangalore can be expected to reach your doorstep on the same day or within a maximum of 1 to 2 working days. Plus, Bangalore orders come with free shipping!
    • Karnataka State: Orders within Karnataka are expected to be delivered within 1 to 4 working days.
    • All Over India: Orders across India are expected to be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the product. During checkout, you will clearly see the shipping cost, and we promise no hidden charges.

Our courier partner is Bluedart. You can also track your shipping progress using your order tracking number on the Bluedart order tracking page.

Return Policy

Don’t worry, we’re not an old-fashioned company where you have to wonder if we’ll accept returns or not. Please rest assured that we happily accept returns and exchanges! We believe in providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and that includes easy returns and exchanges. You can return most items within 15 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original, undamaged condition. If the packaging is damaged, use a similar-sized box. Items delivered disassembled should be returned disassembled.

How to Return an Item?

  1. Go to My Orders in your account.
  2. Select the item you want to return.
  3. Fill out the online form and choose your return and refund method.

You’ll receive return instructions via email. For “Drop-off” returns, take the item to the nearest carrier location. For “Pick-up” returns, our partner carrier will collect the item from your address.

Note: Returns are not accepted at Kea Home warehouses.

Wrong Item Received

Wrong Item received are covered free of cost for return and exchange.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and vary based on location, size, and return method. Delivery shipping fees or service charges are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery, return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated once your item is received at our Return Center. It typically takes 3-5 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Open Box items, Borken at your end (like you ordered a Vase but mistakenly broke it).
  • Personalized items (Names written on products)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

Canceling a Return

You can cancel your return request through My Account. If a carrier arrives to pick up the item, inform them that the return has been canceled.
