About Barbara Baker

Hi, My name is Barbara Baker I am a real estate agent based in Pittsburgh, and I have spent enough years here to know the city by its neighborhoods rather than its map. I work with people buying their first house, people selling the one they raised a family in, and everyone in between. What they get from me is plain answers. What a listing price means, what an inspection report is really saying, what a borough permit desk will and will not accept, and when to walk away. I do not promise results I cannot control. I do promise that you will know where you stand at every point from the first showing to the closing table, and that I will pick up the phone.
