Grey Floral Galore Window Curtain

Yellow Rose Vines has a cream white background with long grey green stems going up and across the whole curtain, turning and joining each other like a creeper climbing a wall. On these stems there are full open roses in a soft yellow, and the yellow is a little on the green side, almost lime, not a bright sunflower yellow. Between the roses there are small sprays of tiny yellow buds hanging down like little bells, and the leaves are a dusty grey blue. There is a good amount of white space between the vines, so from a distance this one looks calm and light, not crowded.

Multicolor Wildflowers is the busy one. The background is white, and the whole curtain is covered with thin stems hanging down from the top, like plants hanging over a balcony. Some stems have slate blue leaves, some have khaki brown leaves, and some carry long hanging bunches of small blue flowers. Mixed in with all this are small red flowers and red berries, deep red like a ripe cherry. There is very little empty space in this print, and the red dots catch the eye first. It also hides a small stain or a bit of dust much better than the yellow one, because the eye has so much else to look at.

Now, the fabric. The front is poly canvas at 230 GSM, and behind it there is a polyester lining. So when the sun is hitting the window, the light comes through, but it comes through soft, the print glows a little and the room does not go dark. If you need a dark room for an afternoon sleep, this is not that curtain, it is light filtering, not blackout.

At the top there are 8 stainless steel eyelets, so they should not rust and leave brown marks on the fabric, even on a window that gets damp in the rainy season. The rod you have to buy separately. A tieback in the same print comes with it, for when you want the curtain pulled to the side during the day.

In the photos you can see creases all over both curtains, and that is from the folding in the packet. Hang them for a day or two and most of it drops out, or run a warm iron over the back side, not a hot one, since it is polyester. The print is digital, so if you order a second set later, the shade can come out slightly different from the first batch. Better to order all the panels you need in one go.

Each panel is about 5 ft long and 4 ft wide. 5 ft is not a floor length curtain, it suits a normal window. Measure from your rod down to where you want the curtain to stop before ordering, and if it comes to more than 5 ft, this size will look short on your window.
