Pale candles suit it best, so go with ivory, white, or a soft pink if you want everything to match. A dark red candle will fight with the bow once it is in a real room, so it is better to keep the strong colours away from it.

Rinse it with plain water and pat it dry with a soft cloth. Do not use a scrubber to clean it, because the glass will get scratches.

Packed in a padded box, but glass is glass, so please open it and check the moment it arrives. If it comes broken, send us a photo the same day and we'll replace it, courier charge on us. The cups take standard dinner candles, the 2 cm ones. If your candles are a touch thin, a strip of foil round the bottom sorts it, that is what my mother did with every candlestand in our house.
