The design of this table is quite different from a normal coffee table. There are no legs, the wood itself bends down on both sides and touches the floor, and the middle part is open. Because of this shape it looks very good in the room.

The design of this table is quite good, especially the way the wood bends down on both ends and becomes the legs. It is all one piece, there are no separate legs fitted underneath. Because of this, the table looks very smooth and rounded from every side, and when it is placed near a window the light passes through the open middle part, which looks very nice.

The wood is solid, from the mango tree, and we have kept the finish matte and clear so that the natural lines of the wood can be seen properly. Every table comes out a little different, because the grain and colour of the wood are never exactly the same. Some are darker, some are lighter. So the table you receive will look like the photo, but it will not be a copy of it, it will have its own look.

This is a good size for a normal 3 seater sofa. The height is a little below the sofa seat, so you can easily pick up your cup of tea while sitting, and when you are lying on the sofa it does not come in the way of the TV.

The big open space in the middle is very useful. You can keep books, magazines, the newspaper or the TV remote in it, and the top of the table stays clean. It is open from both sides, so whether you are sitting on the sofa or on the floor, you can reach inside easily.

On one side of the table there are 2 drawers. They are not very deep, but they are enough for the small things you do not want lying around, like chargers, keys, a pen or some medicine.
